After you receive your return authorization number, securely pack the products to be returned in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories. |

Returns
Returned products must be in original condition in their original packaging along with any paperwork or accessories. We cannot accept/process returns of opened/used products, returned products damaged in transit or product(s) more than 30 days after purchase.
Please note: Due to health and safety codes, we are unable to accept returns on hair brushes, hair combs, flat irons, hair ornaments or cosmetics. We cannot accept returns on samples. |

Returning Your Products
To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your return authorization number written on the outside of the package. The warehouse can not accept packages without an RA number. We recommend (for your protection) that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping & handling fees are not refundable. |

Refund/Credit
Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping and handling costs. Orders which originally received a qualifying promotion, such as a "free shipping offer", may have the appropriate adjustments made to any refund due. Items returned without original packaging and accessories or not resalable may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return. |

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for another product, please obtain a return authorization for the unused/unopened products you wish to return. Then place a new order for the replacement products you desire. Your card will be charged for new orders and will be credited for returned products in accordance with our return policy. |

Damaged Shipments
Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, fill out the return authorization request form, and we will provide you with special instruction to process your replacement products. Replacement products will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no charge. |

Shipping & Delivery Errors
Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately so that we may correct it in a timely manner. If you received a wrong product due to our error, we will promptly reship the correct product via standard ground at no additional cost.
If a delivery is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you for further instructions on the handling of your shipment. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be assessed at the time of reshipment or refund. |
